New Chicago Hotels: The Elysian and The Wit

Seems to me like Chicago has a bevy of awesome hotels; whether they're luxe chains like The Peninsula or nifty boutiques like The James, we've got something for every taste. Now, we can add two more to the list...

The uber-luxe Elysian Hotel opens on the Magnificent Mile this month with 188 lavishly appointed guest rooms. Each space is approximately 890 square feet, and features white Carrera marble bathrooms (yum!), 460-thread count Rivolta Carmignani linens (sigh...), and fireplaces (melt...)!

The new Doubletree hotel The Wit opened last month in the Chicago loop, and is receiving rave reviews. It boasts several restaurants, a rooftop bar with sweeping views, and quirky-chic accommodations. Scroll on for a sneak peek...
