Interior Inspiration: Hotel du Petit Moulin

Hotel du Petit Moulin, hosted in a 17th century building in the trendy Le Marais district of Paris is designed by none other than the endlessly inventive Christian Lacroix. The juxtaposition of original exposed wooden beams and Lacroix's colorful carnival of image and pattern makes for an atmosphere unlike any other. So, dear readers, long live Mr. Lacroix, and vive la Paris!

When I was nine years old, I asked my Auntie Pam for an Artemide Arc lamp.
